The B.A. in Foreign Languages Education is a four-year undergraduate degree that prepares students to teach at all K-12 levels. The specific majors are: French, German, Italian, and Latin Education. Students generally spend some time studying their chosen languages abroad.

The largest of the programs, the B.A. in Music Education is a four-year undergraduate degree that prepares students to teach at all K-12 levels. The major offers two tracks: instrumental music education and choral/general music education. Students have three semesters of fieldwork in local schools.

Science Education

The B.S in Science Education is a four-year undergraduate program that prepares students to teach at the middle and high school levels. The specific majors are Biology, Chemistry, Earth Science, and Physics Education. Students have field experiences as well as opportunities to become U of Del STEM scholars who are trained to teach local kids at camps over the summer.

​Social Studies Education

The B.A. in Social Studies Education is a four-year undergraduate program that prepares students to teach at the middle and high school levels. The specific education majors are African Studies with a Concentration in Social Studies, Anthropology, Economics, Geography, History,  Political Science and Psychology. Students spend time in public school classrooms over the course of their education and some become become Summer Scholars or Fellow and receive compensation to conduct research.
